This desoldering pump actually runs on 110v and works very well. However, it can be inflated several times with one push and the tip opening may expand. I also did not receive 3 tips of different sizes, but 4 tips of the same size. Edit: Had to return as the pump would activate multiple times when pressing the button, rendering the desoldering tool useless.
