Even though we've only had it three days, it works great. Bought for my wife's laptop, an Acer product, it lived up to its promise of good cooling. And even though she only uses the laptop for light gaming and email, the laptop doesn't break. And the fact that it's powered from a USB port on the laptop, it turns on when she's using it and off when she's done, and she doesn't have to remember to turn it on or off. With the added speed control and extra USB port, plus the convenient tilt from the foldable rear legs, my wife is very happy with this cooler purchase. Will update this review later if needed.
