I was a little skeptical at first as I've always been told not to buy a cheap MAF, but I trusted the reviews and my intuition. I would like to do this in advance and have ordered the part together with the inlet pipe in the kit which I would recommend. Everything fitted and I was able to reuse my tapes. The only real problem I had was that when I tried to connect the MAF sensor to the joint, it couldn't slide smoothly at all. You can see that there was a lot of extra casting where it should have been trimmed, so I had to file the joints a bit to get the fork to fit, but once I did that it went in like butter. .Started the car straight away and I noticed an improvement right away. I've been using this Revain MAF sensor on my 2000 BMW M54 323CI engine for three days with no problems.
