Review on πŸ”§ Precision Screwdriver Set - VMAN 140 in 1, Magnetic Electronics Repair Tool Kit with Case for Watch, Mobile Phone, Game Console, Computer, Camera, Headset, and More by Fernando Beck

Revainrating 3 out of 5

The quality leaves a lot to be desired, but serves its purpose.

This kit has plenty of parts and tools that should be enough to disassemble and repair most electronic devices, but it feels like they just got everything you could find into the box thrown. They come with a bunch of extra attachments along with the kit, but they just throw in with a magnetic block, making it difficult to get them out when I need them. Quality isn't great despite being advertised as 'high quality' compared to other kits but given the low cost that's understandable. The tweezers in my set were curved like a boomerang. I managed to straighten it almost completely, but it's still a bit bent. It doesn't hold up very well as the metal used is very thin. I'll tell you about my impressions after repairing a laptop with it. It had everything I needed. but plastic crowbars break very easily. I barely squeezed them but 2 out of 3 crowbars now have a chip on the edge. As mentioned, my tweezers are bent. Even after being unbent, they were so thin they could barely grip a stubborn screw in a laptop that wouldn't come out. Eventually I gave up and used eyebrow tweezers and the screw came out easily. The screwdriver itself is not bad. There are parts of it that I think wear out or break easily due to the material used. Mine is already showing rust even though I've only had it a few weeks. All in all a decent set and worth the price. This will be sufficient for most jobs. That should take a while before something breaks until it's unusable.

Pros
  • Very good price
Cons
  • Not bad
