I loved this cool box during a 4 day trip last week. I've seen some bad reviews from people who don't understand that this cooler is supposed to work without draining the car battery too much. It can't draw much power, so for the most part it can stay cold with just cold things. Therefore, you should start with cold things if possible. I even added a few bottles of frozen water to start the process. And it must remain in a comfortable environment, e.g. B. in an air-conditioned car or connected to an adapter in your hotel room. If you do, you will be very happy with this cooler because your stuff will stay very cold for as long as you want! Mistakes would be: start with warm food and drinks, leave it in the hot car, store it in direct sunlight, leave it unplugged for a long time. If you do such things, you will be disappointed. You just can't make it powerful enough to handle these conditions and run on a car battery. To update; Still works great after 4 years. I am still very happy with this cooler.
