Big problems. There are several flaws in the manufacture of this product. Potty programming is confusing, and each time you have to unplug it to reprogram. The pot is much heavier than other pots I have used and too tall for a standard kitchen countertop. The temperature of the pot got so high that it literally burned the kitchen cabinet doors above it. Krups sent a replacement pot but I'm afraid to use it for fear it will ruin the rest of the kitchen cabinets. I plan to contact the company again, but dealing with these poor quality foreign products is so troublesome and so stressful. Now I also have the nasty job of repairing cabinets. I'm so upset about all of this.
