Big problems. There are several flaws in the manufacture of this product. Potty programming is confusing, and each time you have to unplug it to reprogram. The pot is much heavier than other pots I have used and too tall for a standard kitchen countertop. The temperature of the pot got so high that it literally burned the kitchen cabinet doors above it. I have 2 coffee makers and was disappointed with the one with the flat basket filter as I am the only one who drinks coffee in my house on a typical day and I need just make 2 cups of coffee. High end products for the real (and affluent) connoisseurs and budget versions for people who just aren't B. interested, picky or financially strong. In some ways that are important when making coffee, it's significantly better than, say, a $30 Target coffee maker, but not as good as a $300 coffee maker.
