Coyaho has lost a customer after my terrible experience with the company's customer support. To begin with, I had a hard time navigating the site and locating the items I was looking for. When I did place my order, I was left waiting for days without any shipment updates or means of tracking its progress. My experience with their customer care was even worse when I called to ask on the status of my order. The individual looked disinterested in aiding me and provided no valuable information or solutions. The things I received were also of poor quality. Poor packaging meant that some of the beading supplies I ordered arrived broken. I found the procedure for returning these things to be more trouble than it was worth. Overall, working with Coyaho was a huge disappointment for me. I would not suggest this business to anyone in need of prompt, professional service or high-quality goods.
