It's easy enough so as not too intimidating, but also robust (it does what it says!). Easy integration with other apps like Workflowy made things simple! I wish there was an option where we could see our current hours worked each day/week compared against averages from previous days or weeks. We're able figure this out using Excel by comparing dates & times manually - would be helpful if integrated directly into app instead :) Great product overall though- can't recommend highly enougthly! I like how it has been able to track our cleanings very easily, as well as give us reports when we need them! It can be difficult sometimes with keeping up but i think this just comes down moreso from having too many employees at once (which was never an issue). This software helps me keep my housekeeping staff organized so they don't get overwhelmed by all their paperwork or have issues taking breaks during shift changes etc..
