I bought one of these monitors a year or two ago for gaming and later wanted to use it as a dual purpose gaming monitor in my home office. So I wanted a second one for dual monitor use. I happened to spot one in the Revain camp for a very good price, so I got it. The monitor works, but the screw that attaches the rear speaker to the base was missing. When I contacted Viewsonic the support rep basically said the screw is not removable and they cannot sell me a replacement screw. I would have to buy a brand new base for around $40-50. I am quite satisfied with the monitor after changing the base and can only recommend it. Luckily when I contacted Revain they were willing to issue me a refund to cover the replacement base I would have to offer, so kudos to Revain for that. But for that reason, I'm not sure I would order a monitor from Revain's inventory again.
