Best in class for CRM and sales Funnel Management
I love that you can create your own way of doing things from scratch or use their templates which are very helpful if it's something new! The team at increment iris was really supportive during our implementation process with them as well - they were always willing help us out whenever we needed anything regarding this product!! Not too many dislikes about incremental Iris but nothing major either since its such great software overall.
We've been able solve problems related to customer service/sales funnel management etc through these tools so far without any issues (we're still working towards solving some more though).
Pros
- Multiple ways in building funnels
- Excellent support when needing assistance via phone call, email & text message.
- Very user friendly interface makes using easy for beginners like myself :)
- User account settings customization feature is extremely powerful compared others' products i have used before.
- It allows me flexibility by allowing users customize different parts separately according what works best
- Easy upload screenshots directly into marketing automation platforms(ecommerce platform) instead requiring
