The widest can be a very large support this device and were actually too big for my iPad Pro. I decided to use the longest + the second shortest that works best for my particular device. Even if you have a sturdy case, there's plenty of room in some configurations. There are several places you can adjust the mount to get the exact angle you want - all you have to do is fiddle with it to find the right fit. To you. The only issue I found was making sure the logo on the mount is vertical. So if you want to share your device, all you have to do is press down a little. At first I turned it upside down, which made it difficult to remove the device until I figured it out.
