We bought this system and although it works great it broke after less than 2 months of use. Like other low-star reviewers, they noted that the part connecting the case to the collar had just snapped off. It happened to me while our dog was scratching. We had to somehow attach it to a regular collar with elastics - not a very reliable fastener. I was looking for a replacement collar and of course sold it so we had to buy a whole new system. In this regard, next time probably choose a different brand. Perhaps the company should redesign the device's case or speak to the manufacturer as this seems to be a very common product defect.
