. The first thing I noticed upon opening it was that the input cords weren't held in place. They just flap around and move back and forth, so I secured them before their flimsy wires could be ripped out. Second, one of the channels has reversed polarity! I have a monoblock amp and after plugging it in I had almost no power output after messing around with the LOC settings. I figured I would do this on both channels until both channels were on at the same time. So I double check my wiring with a multimeter. The first positive DC voltage channel with the red wire connected to the solid wire and the black wire connected to the striped wire (as indicated on the pyramid label) and the same result with the second channel. So yes, the pyramid had 4 wires that needed to be soldered in the correct position and managed to mess up 2 of them. It's 50% bounce. An attempt was made to contact the manufacturer via the website provided on the packaging, but the website url is not working. Your programmers must have messed up a line of code when setting up the website, which is not surprising since they can't get the 4 wires to the right place.
