I’ve got another much more expensive spin cycle that I’ve been using for working out.

My wife wanted to join and start herself but wasn’t sure if she’d continue to like it.With a bunch of options for cheaper spin cycles on Best Buy I came across this one due to its flywheel weight.It can nearly consistently perform as well as my $1500 machine, although it doesn’t have many of the smart features - which is OK because this bike isn’t supposed to!I should also mention that this bike uses physical resistance vs magnetic or other methods by more expensive spin bikes. What this means is the resistance is set by a mechanical mechanism that drives something similar to a brake pad to the flywheel so you might get some noise.I’m very impressed with it for the price we paid and I’d recommend it to anybody looking to start off a better lifestyle without much coin!
