The product stopped working after a few months.

The original starter motor has over 150,000 miles. This replacement lasted less than 1000 miles (the car was probably started less than 100 times). No response when I emailed twice to claim the 1 year warranty. The guarantee is worthless if the seller doesn't respond. Very disappointed that the seller "NOT" supports their products. Attention buyers! The company has replaced the product. I sent messages about the Revain Guarantee. I found a direct email, the company replied and honored the warranty. I have updated my rating from 1-4.
