Our soap dish suddenly stopped closing. I'm guessing we probably have about 2000 cycles by this point. 7 years. It fits our LG perfectly. I couldn't tell the new from the old. Fits perfectly. No problems installing. Hope this helps buy a few more years before we lose the main engine. I will be happy if we can benefit from it for 10 years. For us this is a daily tool, especially during COVID, we run it 10 times a week.
