The rubbers on the wheels that fix the racks are fine. The rubber on the other side is hard, not soft, so it doesn't hold the broomsticks and they slide down. They don't stop until they hit the bar hold, if there is one, and can't go any further. So when you get this, hang it high enough to clear dad's full length. Perhaps it would have been a more effective product if they used better quality silicone or rubber. It might be a good idea to spend a few bucks more for a better item.
