Review on πŸ–₯️ RPI3CASE-BG Official Black/Grey Raspberry Pi 3 Case by Daniel Ton

Best case I've ever tried

I've tried several Raspberry Pi cases but this is definitely the best. It works well. If I had to describe it in one word, I would choose "elegant". Of the positive aspects: - Sturdy body. It feels like it can actually protect the Pi - it's perfect for the Pi. Not a bit free. You didn't have to put it in there. Sits like a glove. The surface is smooth, gently curved, I like two-tone shades of gray. Overall visually appealing (and has a small Raspberry Pi printed on the top). - All connectors are flush with the case - also fit perfectly (not protruding or too recessed). - There are two small dots (on opposite side of Ethernet and USB) so the LEDs are visible. Again, it just looks good - professional. - If you need access to the GPIO pins, the sidebar just pops up next to it! Light. However, it fits well so it never feels like it could accidentally come loose. - The case assembles without tools and is REALLY EASY to disassemble. On the negative side: - The case comes with four sticky rubber feet that can be attached to a base. in the appropriate places on the underside of the housing. but they don't seem to stick well. The same day I put them on (and not accidentally), one of the legs just disappeared. At some point he must have fallen and moved it from one table to another. - Lack of ventilation. The Pi shouldn't overheat in the factory settings, but it would be nice to see some means of heat dissipation. No attachment points. If you want to mount your Pi, it has nothing but smooth plastic. Overall I'm a big fan of this case. This will be my default case for the foreseeable future (since I don't need to overclock or mount it). I recommend it.
