Not recommended as the SD card is broken and won't hold the board.

The board doesn't hold as securely as in other suitcases. This is my fourth PI so no inexperience in the game. What keeps the board from falling out is the inserted micro SD. In a very short time it actually broke my micro SD card. I have never experienced that with any device. The board "snaps" but is held extremely weakly, causing it to slide out again.

  • GOLS certificate

  • I don't remember

This gray and black case fits the Raspberry Pi 3B+ model

I was skeptical that this case would work as I couldn't properly embed the Raspberry Pi 3B+ model in it at first. This was mainly due to the fact that the manufacturer did not include any assembly instructions. However, after searching YouTube, I found a video that clearly explained how to put it together. After watching it, I realized how easy it is. I definitely recommend this case for Raspberry Pi 3B+, it fits perfectly. The color of the main frame is black and the detachable parts are…

Pi 2 and Pi 3 LEDs are not in the same place

The Pi 2 has the LEDs on the left side of the back of the case, the Pi 3 has the LEDs on the right side. Great case for Pi 2. No screws, everything snaps into place. Space for the top plate, like DVMEGA - just drill a hole in the top cover to open the antenna. A Pi 3 will do in this case BUT the 2 indicator LEDs are on the opposite side of the back of the Pi 3 compared to the Pi 2 - all other connections are identical. So if you're not bothered by flashing lights, this case will work with the…

Pi 3 LED position differs from Pi 2

Great case for Pi 3. No screws, everything snaps into place. A topboard like the DVMEGA fits into the case when the top is snapped into place. I drilled a hole in the top cap for the antenna connector. This Pi 3b case also fits a Pi 2b. All connectors and port openings are the same EXCEPT for the placement of the LEDs on the small display. On the Pi 3 case and circuit board, the LEDs are located on the right side of the back of the case. back cover. If you have a Pi 2 case and want to use this…

All in all a good case: Computer case

Official Element 14 case pro: - nice design - no screws to assemble (5 pieces that fit together) - the SD Card is easily accessible and does not protrude from the case - the cover can be easily ripped off to access the piface or gpio or for cooling. Back for surface mounting, Velcro required

Pros
  • Free for educational purposes
Cons
  • I really have no complaints about it, everything is fine

Best case I've ever tried

I've tried several Raspberry Pi cases but this is definitely the best. It works well. If I had to describe it in one word, I would choose "elegant". Of the positive aspects: - Sturdy body. It feels like it can actually protect the Pi - it's perfect for the Pi. Not a bit free. You didn't have to put it in there. Sits like a glove. The surface is smooth, gently curved, I like two-tone shades of gray. Overall visually appealing (and has a small Raspberry Pi printed on the top). - All connectors…

Will not work with Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+

The case sent to me by LoveRPi is not compatible with the Raspberry pi3 Model B+. The Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+'s power and activity LEDs are on the right side of the board (same side as the power connector), but in this case the LED cutouts are on the left side. Please do not buy if you are using Pi 3 Model B+

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Only available in black

Restricted access to GPIO.

This is a case and very simple. The only downside is that access to the GPIO pins is very limited. You seem to be assuming you are using a 90 degree ribbon cable. Standard straight connectors won't work because there's no access to the wires (they're too thick) and the top doesn't fit. If you need GPIO access then "SB Components Raspberry Pi 3 Transparent Case" is much better.

Pros
  • Beautiful
Cons
  • volume

The case is fine for simple small projects.

There is no slot in the case. If a jumper is attached to the Raspberry Pi's pins, the top part will not attach properly. There's no ventilation either, meaning a radiator might not make a noticeable difference due to the limited space. Opinions are mixed on whether or not you should install a heatsink when building a retro gaming console, but for just a few bucks more, it's better to be safe than sorry. I will replace the case before long-term use of Retrotropie. This is a very good case if you

Very nice case for computer components

This is one of the de facto cases for Raspberry Pi devices. Anyone familiar with the scene will recognize the combination of color and form factor. If you don't know your way around very well, you will probably notice the logo if you take a closer look. Here is my 2B model and also my 3B model. The cover is removable to access the GPIO, although I mostly remove it when my 3B lacks the strength of a WiFi connection. All I/O connectors fit snugly and snap into place. The only real downsides I…
