If you have too many kitchen appliances and not enough space, you often have to make a decision. I had an Instant Pot pressure cooker and it's one of my favorite kitchen gadgets. If I want roast beef, chicken, soup, etc., I want it today, not tomorrow. The pressure cooker cuts the cooking time down to about an hour and wow the results are always great. So when my sister recommended the air fryer to me, I thought my closet was FULL! I have no space! Then I saw this combo from Instant Pot. HOORAY! Two instruments take up about the same amount of memory as one! It takes a little longer because of the larger frying lid, but that's not a huge difference. This steamer fits in the same cupboard as my old pressure cooker that has found a new home (because yes, Instant Pro is great!). How does it work? The functionality of the pressure cooker is in no way inferior to the original. I can't compare this fryer to any other because it's my first but I love it! I cooked a whole chicken and wow it was good. The vegetables are excellent. You can find some great recipes on the Instant Pro website. Overall, while not a cheap device, it is excellent and I will use it often.
