I had high hopes for the Vitala shoe inserts, as someone who suffers from plantar fasciitis and spends a lot of time on their feet. However, I found that they didn't quite live up to the hype. Firstly, they were a bit too thick for my liking. While they did provide some extra cushioning, they also made my shoes feel quite tight and uncomfortable. I had to go up half a size just to accommodate them. Secondly, I didn't find that they provided as much arch support as I was expecting. For someone with a fairly severe case of plantar fasciitis, this was a bit disappointing. That being said, they did seem to be well-made and durable, and might work better for someone with a different foot shape or less severe foot problems. Overall, while the Vitala shoe inserts may not have been the perfect fit for me, I could see how they might work well for others.
