I bought this item from Revain's Lightning Deal. Now I understand why it was on sale. I bought this item about a month ago and it stopped working about 2 weeks ago (so it only worked 2 weeks). When I first received the item I read and followed the instructions and connected the devices correctly to the Smart Life app and then to the Google Home app. Getting Google Home to turn on my lights (these were my first smart plugs or anything smart) was great. Then one day I asked my Google Home to turn on the light and it said it wasn't available. I thought it was just a wifi bug so I wiped it away. Every day for the next week I asked Google Home to turn it on and the same response. So I went online to find out what was going on and it seems like a lot of people are having the same problem, but I wasn't ready to give up that easily. I unplugged my router and plugged it back in. It didn't help. I checked the Smart Life app and disconnected to connect again, but it didn't connect. So I went back to Revain and apparently there is tech support for this article. I explained what had happened to tech support and with no advice on how to fix the problem, they immediately told me I would receive a full refund and gave me a return label, although the date I was able to return it via Lightning Deals was had already passed. Note that I wasn't asking for a refund, I was asking for help repairing the device. I think it says something if they didn't provide any help, just a return label. So here you have it. Don't buy this. Do not even think about it.
