The last order tasted very bad. Bad coffee?

I usually love this coffee. I've been drinking it for years. This last batch tasted dirty/mold/green/cardboard. It looks like it hasn't been fully fried. It leaves an unpleasant oily taste in the mouth. All boxes currently have this flavor. Revane says the return window closed on the 31st. I'm not sure what to do next. Maybe it was a bad batch that passed quality control?
