Yes it's very overpriced for a tiny plastic case but you only have 2 other less desirable options. (1) Pay a lot more for the whole shifter cable. and do a lot more work to install it under the truck. (2) Tape the cord back to the switch, or some other MacGyver method, and hope it holds so you don't get stuck on fast food for an hour. - through again. If you can find this tiny plastic jack cheaper somewhere else then congratulations, but I've looked everywhere and ended up here again. It installs quickly and easily. Believe me.
