Sanded Mapei Sealant is a great product. Avalanche Sealant mixes perfectly with Mapei Avalanche Grout and I have had no problem applying Sealant to 1/16 inch joints between tile and window/door trim. The sealant has a pleasantly creamy consistency and flows smoothly from a small hole at the top of the joint. Container.
