🔨 Mapei Keracaulk Sanded Avalanche: Premium Caulking Solution for a Flawless Finish Review

As I'm a big fan of sanded grout I always use it on stone or tile to create the perfect transition to paint. This gives a more finished look. Better than just the shiny, slippery feel of regular sealant. The Avalanche color is a great match for Sherwin-Williams Agreeable Gray and the new stone on the bottom of our island/bar.

I have used this sealer with sand before and have always had good results. It is essentially like grouting when applied to stone. I had an area between the faux stone hearth and the mantle that needed filling. It's easy to apply, the tools have a great smooth finish and look like a jointed seam when finished. Cleans with water. Sanded Mapei Sealant is a great product. Avalanche Sealant mixes perfectly with Mapei Avalanche Grout and I have had no problem applying Sealant to 1/16 inch joints between tile and window/door trim.
