I've tried all sorts of settings and even at 215C with 45% fill and 8 wall thicknesses, everything becomes brittle and airy. When I lighten the settings a bit it has no layer adhesion at all. If you improve all the settings you should be able to print it, but don't expect anything for kids to play with. It will just be something that will sit on the shelf. It's funny because one of my favorite PLA filaments is the orange Hatchbox filament, which at 200C and 5% infill and 2 walls does just about everything perfectly - basically nothing - and it comes out a lot stronger than that stuff. I have rainbow yarn from other companies that is just as shiny as this pink yarn and just as fickle. Maybe there's something with the shiny thread that just doesn't work.
