Most felt products do NOT have a die-cut pattern.
Not all colored felts have die cut designs. They are printed on paper which you need to cut out, write the appropriate number on the cut out paper, pin it onto the matching colored felt and then use the cut out paper as a template to cut out the felt. In other stocking sets I've bought in the past, all pieces were die cut with designs cut directly onto all colored felt pieces. The extra paper cutting step was very time consuming and frustrating.
