I like that it is able help you find out where your shipment will be going before leaving home or work! It also has great customer service when they are not available through Live Chat which can get frustrating at times but overall good experience with them so far. Nothing really dislike about this program!! You have all of shipping options in one place now instead having 3 different programs (2 domestic carriers plus Fedex). Now if only we could combine our tracking information into 1 site as well then there wouldnt need 2 separate apps anymore either. !
