OXO 22181 5 " utility knife

Be careful, this knife comes very sharp straight out of the box. If you have a bad habit of cutting yourself - like I did before buying this knife - you can got a few cuts and nicks. The handle of the "Good Grips" knife could be thicker, but it's comfortable and non-slip. The balance is okay too, and the point is surprisingly good with fruit and veg given its shape. The serrated edge slices through fruits and veggies with little effort or slices back and forth With the Prime currently priced at around $10, this is a good buy.
