Not an easy install, it should just be plug and play for windows, who's using the CD now?

Too many complaints but here are a few bugs: Firstly, the reason I bought this is because we have a not-too-old laptop that either has a failing network card or the latest security -/windows patches are causing too much conflict and making it unreliable, this should have been a quick workaround while I delved deeper into actual NIC issues and patches. * It comes with a CD to install the drivers. What modern laptops have a CD/DVD drive?* You can find the driver on the website, but there is a second problem.* Long names. The driver names and/or some of their files are too long and the installation is not possible, so changes must be made to the operating system to ensure the problem is resolved. Which goes back to "ease of use" not so easy to do too much to load the drivers. For Windows operating systems, a plug and play device is preferred as long as it is compatible with other operating systems. Sometimes you can expect a bit more work, but this should be clearly described in the online documentation. * Online documentation, FAQs or troubleshooting ? Where? Certainly not. So if you're not planning on dealing with a few unexpected issues and a tricky setup, feel free to do so. Otherwise, it's better to use more reliable brands that actually have some sort of backing.
