I was a little concerned because it arrived with damaged packaging but all the parts were present and in good condition! The instructions could have been better, so I gave 4 stars instead of 5 for assembly, at the same time I laid out all the parts and made sure I understood what's what, and off we went. I made it myself, in less than 35 minutes! The only slight confusion was the adjustable length of the bar - I was just deciding how long to make it. After that it seems very strong! Rack our kayaks from 2 to 10 feet! Couldn't be happier right now!
