When you use this service, it's very easy to see what rooms have guest in them. It is a very time saving tool when you are trying to check into multiple people at one location. There is nothing that I don't like. It has served me well since I started using it several years ago. I highly recommend it. It helps me keep track of who is staying in each room and allows me to know where they are before I show up. It also allows me to send an automated message to guests if there are any issues with my property. I like that it is easy to use, and it has many features. It's also very user friendly. The only thing I dislike about this software is how slow it can be at times. Sometimes it takes up to 10 minutes just to get into the system. And sometimes it freezes. But overall I don't have any complaints. This software works great! It helps me keep track of my guests and their information.
