Arm & Hammer Toothpaste is the world's #1 toothpaste. I've been using it for years with no problems. I use Sensitive Teeth and Gums for both issues. It works really well with a drop of glyoxide. If you use a quality electric toothbrush, you will definitely feel a big difference after a few brushings. I don't worry too much about the ingredients, as most contain similar substances. According to the company, Arm & Hammer manufactures high-quality dental products. FYI, I don't recommend it for anything other than brushing your teeth, not eating! The results are great for helping sensitive teeth and gums. I've used almost every toothpaste on the market. None of them worked as well as Arm & Hammer. This is definitely a five star toothpaste***** Try it and see if it works for you!
