Review on Leviton 5238 Volt Receptacle Duplex by Jeff Addison

Formerly a common item at any hardware store. Now they are as rare as they are in hardware stores and hard to find online. I needed a low profile surface mount bushing to make a permanent connection to the Romex and this fit the bill. It has screw terminals (not push-in quick connect terminals) and a ground terminal. Cable entry is through the breakout/knockout area. It was probably made using the same molds and patents as it was 50 years ago. This is still the correct solution for a small number of problems.
