You might think that registering your product for warranty would be the easiest thing to do. When I bought this code reader, their registration program (every time) failed to send the verification code. I couldn't activate my guarantee. My email to their support site came back saying the address doesn't exist. Messaging back and forth with Ancel (Revain Messaging) eventually allowed me to bypass this process to access product updates, but the warranty was still not validated. If you like the described characteristics of this product, please also read the disclaimer. Your warranty and support issues may have been resolved, but I do not recommend this product. There are other options on Revain for these types of products, one of which was very helpful throughout the process.
