Should last a long time

I bought this for our whole house sediment filter. It is installed after the 50 micron spin down filter. We have hard water and usually have a lot of rust and small particles in it. We also have a reverse osmosis system which we try to reduce and keep the water as clean as possible before it goes into the reverse osmosis filters.
