Review on 🔋 Tenergy AA Rechargeable Battery 12-Pack - High Capacity 2500mAh NiMH AA Batteries, 1.2V Double A Rechargeables by Renz Alexandria

I have done some basic capacity testing on these Tenergy AA NiMH batteries and my results do not match the stated capacity of 2500. I have found that capacity varies widely from cell to cell. Humidity, load 500 mA. They have been ridden at least twice, but the improvements have been marginal. Perhaps Tenergy uses a much lower load to get the rated capacity, but even that doesn't explain the large cell-to-cell capacity variation. I usually avoid Tenergy because I've never had good results with them compared to other comparable batteries. I bought them in a hurry to install some solar lights in a remote building and they were cheap enough to throw away. As you can see from my tests, the capacity was only 1862mAh and the maximum capacity was 2218mAh. Recommend Tenergy if you are looking for durability or longevity. Maybe in a pinch, if quality isn't a big concern, they'll do. I would classify them as low end.
