Cracked when first putting freezer in place
One of the jars was cracked when first putting freezer in place, the crack was about half an inch at its widest point and extended about 50% of the circumference of the jar. Apparently this is a common thing for them. It's hard to believe this can happen to a product meant for freezing, especially when it costs $10 a jar. It seems that determining the percentage of expansion of a freezing gel would be a fairly simple technique, but I don't think so.
