Review on Summer Infant Banister Universal Mounting by Satsuki Silva

We have a summer children's railing for children's gate rails, model 07180D, and we have lost the plastic braces that attach the vertical bar to the railing. So we figured buying an all in one railing kit would help. Not quite. As you can see the vertical metal bar we have is much smaller than the hole for the plastic bracket. We also cannot remove the hinges and locking mechanism from our current gates and attach them to the supplied wooden posts. plugged in! I called Summer Infant support and asked if we could get plastic brackets to fit our existing 07180D gate and they said the universal bracket should work and that they don't sell replacement plastic brackets or parts even though we have the gate haben haben is still available and in stock with the Summer Infant (not that we have a discontinued model). a little wobbly without proper support, or buy another $90 gate and install the one we have. Doesn't look very eco-friendly. However, please note that if you purchase the Summer Baby Railing Handrail Kit, even if you have a Summer Baby Gate, it may not work and you may not be able to get replacement parts if something breaks. .
