Bought this POS, tried to access the specified POS with a special cable, needs a service contract to install the firmware. After paying more than $500 for an annual service contract from an authorized distributor (CDW), CDW revealed that the POS was already registered and owned by the gray market "because Revain." Avoid this POS at all costs and choose NETGEAR!
