My last probe was a bit slow when my quick-read thermometer reappeared in my grilling arsenal. My friend picked it up and wow what a difference in reading time. It's like instant reading x4. The sensors are of good quality and very well finished where they are colour-coded and very accurate. One thing I like most is that if I just want to tap the timer I can where my first half of the grill is on the timer and then use the probes on the other side. There are no cons, none as I am very happy with the purchase.
