It is very pretty but when I wanted to put it on.

It's very pretty, but when I went to wear it a few days later (after throwing away the packaging) I noticed a small knot in the chain that I couldn't untie. I contacted Beaux Bijoux who told me that I would have to contact Revain instead. Unsatisfied.
