Love this rug for my daughter's room. It's a lot softer than I expected. She lay down on it as soon as she opened it. The packaging was ok, albeit too much. The rug was vacuum packed and placed in a large cardboard box which I think could save on packaging. It doesn't seem to shed when vacuumed, although my daughter managed to get a treat with Krispy rice on it that I have to pick up and comb out. Those little things aside, it was definitely worth the purchase and I would definitely buy more if it was multicolored. Oh it didn't have those weird smells you would expect so that was definitely a PLUS.
