Review on πŸ”Œ Eversame USB Power Meter: Accurate 35W Adjustable Constant Current USB Load Tester for Charger & Cable Testing, Power Bank Capacity Analysis - QC2.0/3.0 Trigger by David Tadder

Revainrating 2 out of 5

current consumption without load; Doesn't measure properly above 2.5A

Basically I bought it to run the included QC, but it can also handle a bit more power than my other variable electronic load. Unfortunately, once power is connected, even with the potentiometers fully turned down, the meter will show the current drawn (reading 0.20A at 5V). Another problem I've encountered, and maybe I'm not educated enough to understand, is that the voltage across my 5V 3A charger drops significantly at the same set current as my other load : Drawing 1A, I measure a constant 4.84V at 3A on my old load, but above 2.5A this new load drops well below 4.8V and erratically fluctuates around 3.5V when pulled to 3 A is set. The trigger seems to work, but the load kinda sucks.
