It's a great chat tool, you can easily connect to your chat bot, and create custom messages and responses! It's also a great customer service tool, it's nice to have everything in one place. There's not a lot that I dislike about the service, but I do wish that it had a mobile app. I would recommend to small businesses that are looking for a great way to communicate with their customers. It allows me to address customer concerns, schedule appointments, and even just have a casual conversation with them. It's also very helpful with the customer service side. I like the ability to connect with the customer and be able to see what they are seeing and what they are doing. I like that it is easy to navigate and use. I dislike that you have to be logged in to use it and that it is not available at all times. I would like to be able to log in and out to use it. It is a great way to connect with my customers and be able to see what they are seeing and what they are doing.
