Ordered 20 pieces, received 19 nuts

Both boxes of 10 nuts were pre-taped. One box was open, even taped shut, with two nuts at the bottom of the mailer. Seven (7) nuts in an open box and two at the bottom of the bag for a total of nine (9) nuts. The box, sealed and still closed, contained ten (10) lug nuts. Paid for twenty (20) and got nineteen (19).
