heavy wire. looks strong But.
Wire definitely looks like 10ga and has thick insulation which is good; however, it appears to be a copper-clad aluminum wire. When I cut the wire the core appears to be a shiny silver. In fact, this cable looks more like a 12ga cable. Therefore, in this case, I rate the costs with 3 stars. Buyer now requires copper plated aluminum when installing in a location that requires 10ga wire.
