Poor quality, not suitable for use.

a full-fledged, multifunctional, fast, convenient Android interface for a TV is not about this set-top box. it is possible to put "to be", provided that there are extra manipulators that are not a pity
Pros:
cheap android box, lightweight, small, connects via HDMI, has 2 USB ports
Has cons:
you will use both USB ports for a keyboard and mouse, because it is impossible to work without them and it is easier to connect a laptop or phone via HDMI to a TV than to wait until the cursor barely crawls across the screen
